Meets Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 21 August 2026
Meets is an adults-only social-events service. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for conduct that sexually harms, targets or exploits children.
Prohibited content and conduct
Users must not create, upload, request, share, promote, facilitate or attempt to facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual depiction or exploitation of a minor;
- grooming, sexualization, sexual solicitation, exploitation or trafficking involving a minor;
- any other sexual content, sexual activity or sexualized interaction involving minors; or
- attempts to use Meets to facilitate any such conduct, including arranging, enabling or recruiting for these activities.
These prohibitions apply to profiles, events, photos, banners, comments, chats, links and all other content or interactions made available through Meets. Users must not evade these rules by moving prohibited conduct to another service after using Meets to facilitate it.
Reporting
Users can report prohibited content or users through the reporting features available in the Meets app. Please provide enough information for us to understand the concern, and do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.
Review and enforcement
Meets reviews reports and may, depending on the circumstances and applicable requirements:
- remove content;
- restrict, suspend or terminate accounts;
- preserve relevant information where legally required; and
- cooperate with competent law-enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
Meets does not promise continuous monitoring, automated detection or a particular outcome for every report. We may take additional action where appropriate to protect users, comply with law or enforce our policies.
